Never Never Safari Tours
Our overnight tour itinerary takes you to all 4 locations in Kakadu of where Crocodile Dundee 1 & 2 was filmed. These locations are known in the movie as the Never Never Land.

You will get to experience the real Aussie Bush, with sleeping in swags (foam mattress with mosquito netting) under the zillion stars and get to taste some our wild foods, like crocodile and buffalo, cooked over an open fire. After tucker (dinner) sit around the fire and try learn the didgeridoo, with a cold beer or wine. Where we camp is near our first day tour, our 2nd day has a lot of driving but well worth it.
DAY 1
Our first stop is 40 min drive north through open woodland savanna, vast floodplains, then getting into the escarpment country. Here we will walk though aboriginal rock art interpreted by your guide, Wildman Chizo.
Once on top of the escarpment, which is a moderated climb to the top, you will have the opportunity to be dressing up as Mick or Sue (waist up photo) as they both stand there and Mick points down to where he got attacked by the croc.
Your guide will then get those great shots for you, with your Crocodile Tooth Hat n vest on, so you will be able to take these photos away with you, so you can share with ya mates back home.
This is a must see place that has made our guide feel the love of the nature and understand the culture of this area. Duration 2hrs
From this location we will have lunch, which includes roast chicken, bread rolls, fresh salads, fruit, cake, tea or coffee and soft drink. (BYO beer or wine) Allocating 45mins
After lunch we will go in search for that big croc, on the river that separates Arnhemland and Kakadu. Here you can get some great ‘Snappy Snappy’ shots. More n more crocs move into this area towards the end of the dry season (July-Oct) Duration 45mins
Our next stop not far away.
2 / The Walking Track, through spectacular Sandstone outcrops, caves and past a small billabong along the edge of the East Alligator River. Here we get to another location where Sue got the job of looking after the naughty guys that Mick tied up, that were after him, in the 2nd movie. Here you have another opportunity to dress up as Mick or Sue. Duration – 1hr 45min
Light afternoon snack after The Walk, before we set up camp for the night nearby. Chizo may have to head back to Jabiru, to drop guests off that were on a day tour. Expecting drop offs in jabiru around 4pm.

Dunnies (Toilets) and hot water showers are at our tour camp
(Sorry but there is NO Bidet (bid day) “the foot washing thing”) before Mick figures it out and yells down to Sue from a high-rise building “TO WASH YA BACKSIDE WITH, RIGHT !!”
DAY 2
Early 6am start, with a continental breakfast of cereals, toast, fruit, tea and coffee. Leaving camp by 7am. Then head south to either pick up more guests in Jabiru at 8am or continue south to the waterfall.

Our day tour itinerary takes you to 2 locations of where Crocodile Dundee 1 was filmed. These locations are known in the movie as a natural spring or billabong (they aren’t, your guide will explain on tour) where Mick got caught shaving with a razor, but then made it look like he was shaving with his big knife, then we go to the Waterfall, where Mick and Sue have a feed of bush tucker (food) and a swim. The same spot where they had their first kiss.
Our first stop is a 2 hour drive south, through open woodland savanna, floodplains, then getting onto the 4x4 dirt track into the escarpment country. Here you will be able swim down below the waterfall. This is a spot where we dress you up and get some great photos of you as Mick spearing a Barramundi or as Sue getting attacked by a Crocodile, in a little black swimsuit. Duration 2hrs
From this location we will have lunch, which includes roast chicken, bread rolls, fresh salads, fruit, cake, tea or coffee and soft drink. (BYO beer or wine). Allocating 45mins
After lunch we will head 1.5 hours north again to Warradjan, a great Aboriginal Culture Centre, where you can learn about the area and culture of the Kakadu Region. NO cameras are permitted in this building. There is a gallery that sells arts and crafts here. Duration 45 mins
Then we head 30 mins north again to the 2nd billabong of our tour, where you have the opportunity to dress up as Mick or Sue with the exact background scene as in the movie.
Your guide will then get those great shots for you, shaving with the big knife with your Crocodile Tooth Hat n vest on, so you will be able to take these photos away with you, so you can share with ya mates back home. Duration 1.5hrs
Expecting drop offs around 4pm at Jabiru.
